Balou Royal is a son of the incredible Balou De Reventon who jumped up to the 1.70m level with Brian Moggre. This foal’s breeding only improves with the top-proven generational dam line he comes out of. His mother, “Q Royal Palm Z,” competed successfully at the 5* 1.50m level with Rodrigo Pessoa and Eiken Sato. Mother “Q Royal Palm Z” had a beautiful jumping technique and a big heart for the sport. The dam’s mother, “La Perla,” competed up to the 1.60m level, with multiple career defining achievements including winning the 5* Grand Prix in Modena, Italy, as well as winning a Nation’s Cup Final for the Dutch Team.
